I'm a Canadian director of photography, filmmaker, and photographer with a strong background in documentary storytelling.
I work on all types of projects, from hard-hitting long form documentaries to short pieces of branded content, but I am especially interested in environmental issues, remote travel, and the intersections between culture and the natural world.
I lived and worked both in Asia and Latin America for more than 10 years, but I'm now based in Toronto and I divide my time between Canada and Mexico.
My video and stills work have been featured in The New York Times, The National Geographic Channel, Netflix, Channel 4, ShowTime, ESPN, Foreign Policy, and many others. I have also partnered extensively with non-profit organizations such as Handicap International, The United Nations Population Fund, CARE International, and The Gapminder Foundation. My commercial clients include Cadillac, Marie Claire, and Tentree Apparel.
