I'm a Canadian cinematographer and photographer with a strong background in documentary storytelling.
I work on all types of projects, including documentary, branded content, and narrative fiction, but I am best known for my work on long-form cinematic documentaries involving difficult travel, remote access and hostile environments.
I lived and worked both in Asia and Latin America for more than 10 years, and currently divide my time between Mexico and Canada.
My video and stills work have been featured in The New York Times, The National Geographic Channel, Netflix, Channel 4, ShowTime, ESPN, Foreign Policy, and many others. I have also partnered extensively with non-profit organizations such as Handicap International, The United Nations Population Fund, CARE International, and The Gapminder Foundation. My commercial clients include Cadillac, Marie Claire, and Tentree Apparel.
